Pizza, spaghetti and mandolino are generally enough to make you think about Italy, of course. But Italy is not only that, there's far more you can imagine! In Italy, literally every place has to offer typical products of amazing quality; but besides that Italian people knows how to value and celebrate these native qualities. The tight bond with the local products and the passion to elaborate them in a simple, natural and genuine way, is reflected in our typical regional dishes.


We're pleased to offer you a selection of goodies from the Northeastern region Friùli Venezia Giulia, specially from the Carnia area: seven valleys carved in the Alps going from the Tagliamento River, through the Sauris Lake, But Valley, till up north to the Austrian border.


What else? Scouts, explorers, pioneers, wanderers, travelers simply curious people looking forward to tasting new gastronomic experiences… we can guarantee that you won't be disappointed!


Whoever shall like to linger or loiter for the after-dinner will be delighted by the host-minstrel Flavio, his guitar and his repertoire of national and international songs.
